Fall in Love with Nephilim the Remnants

Leave a comment

ChocoBook_Layout 1Treat yourself and fall in love with the novel, Nephilim the Remnants this Valentine’s Day. Believe it or not, in the midst of this action packed medieval epic of knights, wizards, and Nephilims there is a subtle romance triangle between Princess Johanna, Sir Daniel – the holy knight sworn to protect her, and her eventual captor the dark but chivalrous Lord Geremy of Lore. Who will she choose? Does she even have a choice as one of them is her bitter enemy?

Of course there is a much deeper seeded love story in this book. And it’s that of the Savior’s- Jesus Christ. Who, with the Holy Spirit reaches out in love through the pages of this story. Reaching out for you to know that there is nothing that can separate you from His unconditional love.

“Taste and see that the LORD is good!” – (Psalm 34:8)

So, fall in love with Nephilim the Remnants all over again, or for the very first time. And give someone a Valentine’s gift they can fall in love with over and over again!

2 Comments

Welcome to the Day 3 of Valentine’s Day Heart Lego Project.  Thank you to everyone who stopped by the last two days, we have had fun making our lego heart projects with you and your family :). If you missed out on Day 1,  check it out here. If you missed Day 2, check it out here. For Day 3 we will be making a magnet lego heart personalized with a loved ones’ photo. Don’t forget to come back tomorrow for the launch of the {FREE} Faith Builders Curriculum.

FaithBuilders_Day3

Step 1: Create a lego heart. You can use whatever pieces you have on hand. This is a little different from Day 1, so we will need additional smaller lego pieces for the heart.

Step 2: Gather your supplies: lego heart, double-sided tape, magnet strip, scissors, and photo. Don’t forget you can use an old magnet that you don’t need anymore.

Step 3: Put the double-sided tape on the magnet, then attach to the back of heart. Next, cut out your photo and place on front of heart. Lastly, I made a love note that the heart magnet would hold for my children to see on the refrigerator. Telling our children how much Jesus loves them, can never be overstated. {Jesus LOVES you}

We hope this will make your Valentine’s Day be filled more with God’s love! If you want to know the reason for what we do, click here. If you missed Day 1 project, click here. If you missed Day 2, check it out here. Come back tomorrow for the launch of Faith Builders Bible Curriculum. Feel free to share our link on Facebook or pin it on Pinterest.

Faith Builders Heart Lego Project – Day 1

Are you searching for some cool lego projects for your kids this Valentine’s Day? Well, we have it here! This is the 1st day of our 3 day kick-off of Faith Builders Heart Lego Project.

{ GOD is LOVE } Faith Builders Valentine’s Day Heart Lego Project

Step 1: Assemble a heart made of legos (look below if you need help). We have a lot of legos, but find it difficult to get all red pieces, so don’t feel that you have to make a red heart, make it whatever colors you choose.  What makes this heart special and unique is using lego compartment pieces with opening doors to build the heart.

Step 2: Write small love notes using pieces of paper. You can get your child involved or you can write it for them. The verse that came to my mind once David designed the heart and gave it to me, was Psalms 119:11, “I have hidden your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.” We love teaching our children about God’s Word through the use of legos. Then of course add some small candies with your love notes “Taste and see that the Lord is good.” Psalm 34:8a

Step 3: Simply fold up your love notes and put some candies into the lego compartment pieces. Then close your heart’s doors.

Step 4: Give it to your loved one! My older son made his heart during his Bible time, and used the verse card below for his weekly verse memorization. Then were able to discuss more about hiding God’s word in his heart, and what that means. My younger son loved his heart from daddy and mommy 🙂 You can also have your children make them for each other or for a parent, grandparent or friends.

We hope this will make your Valentine’s Day filled with God’s love! If you want to know the reason for what we do, click here. Come back tomorrow for day 2 of Faith Builders Valentine’s Day Lego Project. Feel free to share our link on Facebook or pin it on Pinterest.

– Curriculum Built on Faith + Bible + Legos –

We are really excited to share this news with you! We are one week away from the launch of Faith Builders curriculum by David A. Henderson, author of Nephilim the Remnants. In preparation of launching this new curriculum we are going to be sharing 3 Days of 3 heart lego projects, since Valentine’s Day is right around the corner.  Since God is the Author and Creator of love, we know without Him, we would not know love. 1 John 4:16 says,  “So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him.”

Stay tuned for our roll-out of the 3 days of Heart Lego Projects for Valentines’s Day coming this Monday, January 27, 2014. { GOD is LOVE }

Chocolate for the Mind

Leave a comment

ChocoBook_Layout 1How about a sweet chocolate treat for your mind this Valentine’s day! I’m not talking about just any chocolate treat. I’m talking about that special piece that when you bite into the chocolatey shell you find, to your surprise, a delicious creamy filled center.  So, what is the creamy surprise at the center of the book, Nephilim the Remnants?

Well, like a box of assorted chocolates the book Nephilim the Remnants has many tasty surprises, however, since it’s Valentine’s Day we will look at love. What’s that you say? Where is the love in this adventurous tale of supernatural titans fighting for control of the medieval world?

How about a love triangle between Johanna, the beautiful Princess of Avolon, who is caught between a holy warrior named Sir Daniel, who is sworn to protect her and the intrigue of her dark captor Lord Geremy, the black Lord of Lore. Will she be able to turn the cold heart of this dark villain or will the compassion of goodness in her hero triumph over evil in the end?

For the month of February, BoxAchocolatepurchase a signed copy of Nephilim the Remnants and you will receive a Nephilim the Remnants bookmark and a small box of chocolates free with your signed book as a Valentine’s gift. Give it as a special gift to someone else or keep it as a delicious treat of chocolate for the mind.
